5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown
- Online payments are securely processed via Razorpay
- Zvaro does not store card, UPI, or banking details
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000
- Zvaro may verify COD orders via phone or email
- Repeated COD refusals may lead to COD restriction
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Sellers are responsible for dispatching products
- Zvaro is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by seller-specific policies displayed on product pages.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method
- COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credits
9. Seller Responsibility
Each seller is responsible for:
- Product quality and authenticity
- Accurate product descriptions
- Warranty and after-sales support (if applicable)
