Overview
Zvaro is a multi-vendor online marketplace where products are sold by independent sellers. Return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller and product category. Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, our standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Certain product categories are not eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
To process a return, a valid order ID and proof of purchase from your Zvaro account are required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be initiated through your Zvaro account.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be approved:
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Returns initiated after the allowed return window
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Online payments: Refunded to the same payment method used (via Razorpay)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale itemsProducts purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to seller approval and stock availability.
To request an exchange, please raise a support request from your Zvaro account within the return window.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the seller. In some cases, pickup may be arranged by the seller.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
